Information you provide
Updated October 19, 2026.
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, property city or ZIP and a project description. You choose the details in that description. Do not send payment information, identity documents or sensitive personal material.
Phone numbers, photos and exact street addresses are not required. If you contact us about an earlier enquiry, include enough to identify it without repeating unnecessary private details.
How enquiries are used and shared
The website operator uses enquiries to assess the request, manage follow-up and consider a provider introduction. Information may be shared with an independent service provider so it can review and contact you about the project. We may be paid for an introduction.
A provider that receives your information handles it under its own practices. Ask it about those practices if you continue. Form records and notification emails are stored in the services used to operate this website. Processing may occur outside your state or country.
Website and form technology
Tally supplies the form and processes submitted and technical information. Cloudflare provides hosting and security services and may process technical requests.
Google Analytics helps measure page visits, quote-button actions and completed enquiries. It can use cookies or similar storage. Our event tracking is designed to send the action, not the form’s names, email addresses, city or ZIP entries, or project descriptions. Google can still process general technical data. Read Google’s partner-site information.
Browser privacy settings can limit cookies or analytics. If an embedded form is blocked, the contact page offers a direct form link.
Retention and privacy requests
Records are kept as needed to handle enquiries and related administration, security, disputes or legal obligations. This policy does not promise deletion after a fixed number of days.
For a correction, deletion request or privacy question, use the contact form and identify the earlier enquiry. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page if the website’s practices change.
